·  When i run StreamMyGame Server it says it cant detect an audio device. I have an audio device?

On certain motherboards that have high definition audio the audio chip detects the impedence of your microphone and speakers.

If you do not have something pluged into your microphone socket, Vista thinks there is nothing to record so it disconnects your recording capability.

Without any recording capability Streamer Server cannot connect to the recording part of the audio chip and record the game.

Streamer Server creates an error "No Audio"

To solve this issue, "Strange as it sounds", plug a microphone or a set of headphones into your microphone socket.

·  When I play games on my PS3 there is no audio

Many games change your audio cards settings when they start.
StreamMyGame advises that you use your What U Hear or recorder mix settings on your audio card as this captures any audio on your PC.

However,

If you use programs like Skype or other voice over IP programs or
If you use a game that has in game audio or
If you use audio or video editing software

then you may find that these programs switch your audio to Microphone input when they start.

StreamMyGame starts and can hear no audio so it transmits the game without audio.

The simple way to fix this is to buy an audio cable which has an 1/8" stereo phone plug on each end.

Then plug the speaker output into the microphone output at the rear of your PC.

Remember to turn the volume down. If you dont the audio will sound distorted.

The StreamMyGame server has been designed to capture and reprocess the audio very quicly so you will not get any audio delay.

You can buy them here for a few dollars.
